Purchasing Artwork

All artwork displayed on the www.joeharrold.com and www.joeharroldfineart.com website is subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders will be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Original artwork and limited edition prints are sold directly through this website unless otherwise stated.

Payment

​

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as PayPal or credit card processors. These providers handle all payment information according to their own privacy and security policies.

The studio does not store credit card information.

Shipping

​

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and shipping carrier.

Original artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided during checkout.

Buyers are responsible for:

• providing accurate shipping information

• any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international shipments 

The studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

 

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• the damaged artwork

• the packaging

• the shipping label

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

​

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are generally considered final.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss possible return options.

If a return is approved:

• the artwork must be returned in its original condition

• the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• refunds will be issued after the artwork is received and inspected

Custom commissions and special orders are non-refundable.

Color Accuracy

Every effort is made to display artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings or screen devices.

All artwork images displayed on this website remain the copyright of the artist. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Images may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission from the artist.
